Retail – Greater than 50,000 square feet RSF for non-stand alone properties. Stand alone retail properties are unique and we will review those on a case by case basis.

Industrial – Greater than 20,000 rentable square feet minimum. We will review properties with high or complete vacancy.

Mobile Home Parks – Ideally we are looking for parks that have 40+ pad sites with homes that are largely owned by the tenants. While being on septic is not a deal killer we do prefer to be on city septic or have the option to connect.

Land Development – A minimum of 1 acre with utilities at the curb.
